Group minimum number of 20 people for weekend (1 night or 2) stay. Individual retreats available only in conjunction with existing bookings, space provided.

 

What you need to know before making a booking

  • A 25% non-refundable or transferrable deposit is required at the time of booking.
  • A portion of the deposit may be held as a Security Deposit; assessed for refund post retreat.
  • Balance is due upon arrival. Payments in the form of one cheque, credit card and cash not accepted.
  • Overnight package prices include one snack, meals, lodging, meeting space and equipment use.
  • Guests bring in their own sheets and towel or sets can be provided for an additional $5 ea.
  • Final numbers and food allergies must be confirmed one week prior to arrival, along with a copy of the Attendance List and Itinerary.
  • Chapel, Conference Rooms, Recreation Room and Dining Hall close at 10:00 pm.
  • Groups are responsible for their own set-up and take-down.
  • A standard weekend booking begins 7:00 pm Friday, with check-out on Sunday by 2:00 pm.
  • A standard Day Booking begins at 9:00 am, with departure at either 4:00 pm or 7:00 pm.
  • The Chapel is reserved Sundays between 10:00 and 11:00 am for Holy Eucharist.
  • Fire wood for a bon-fire is available at $5/bundle. No wood from outside permitted.
  • No pets.

These cottages are rustic with no running water. They are intended for those seeking a contemplative prayer experience in keeping with Franciscan simplicty.
